I've only seen the Abridged Series, so my experience is highly limited.

Favorite character would be Gohan (excluding the terrible Majin Buu arc). Least favorites are Goku and Vegeta.Comment

For some, it is just an anime.
But here in Latin America, the Dragonball series is the epic of our era. Since the 1980's, we have referred Goku simply as "San Goku" (Saint Goku), patron saint of all things awesome. For us, it has become deeply engrained in our cultures. :PLadino, Guatemalan, Hispanic, and Latin, but foremostly, Christian.

Your childhood was butchered. I still think Toriyama could have done better than "Yo, Son Goku and Friends Return" and "Battle of the Gods" for a return to DBZ. Then again, I also like to pretend that he never made the Majin Buu saga as well.Comment
