Actually, it's already precedent. Fetal Alcohol Syndrome was at issue in the original case, if I recall correctly (not swearing to this) but yeah, several courts have already upheld laws and prosecutions based on a woman harming her child in utero.Originally posted by Carrikature View PostSure.
