    Meh... it's already illegal, and there are fines and penalties for NOT checking to see that they're legal.

    How bout actually enforcing the laws we already have?

    If there were no jobs, it removes the motivation to move here.
    If there were no dope users, it removes the motivation to bring drugs here.
    The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

      Only one deportee (several times) versus possibly hundreds of thousands of deportees who had/have not committed felonies or capital crimes.
