So you're going to use an incident that has nothing to do with gay people trying to adversely affect you via gay marriage as evidence that gay people are trying to adversely affect you via gay marriage?

It is much simpler than that. Gays want our full acceptance and demand our services. They don't just want to be left alone. Marriage is one area. Business is another.

So what! In a secular society your personal views don't entitle you to discriminate against fellow citizens...whether they bear the mark of Cain, or are homosexual or anything else your ancient text tells you to disapprove of. You're not the arbiter of what's right and wrong.

Is "bumping, grinding and making out" what happens at your birthday parties? Really?? What a sheltered life I lead.

Correct...freedom from being discriminated against by service providers.

I used to loathe 1984 as retarded fanfiction, but liberals seem determined to disabuse me of my notion. Here we have it from Tassman's own mouth: slavery is freedom.

I think if they got assurances the party was just a regular birthday party and would not involve anything that went against their ethos, as above, ie the people weren't bringing in strippers or fortune-tellers, psychics, magicians etc then it is just a birthday party and I would say they should do it. If, say, a fortune teller turned up to practise his/her dark-arts then the DJ would be within his rights to leave. A simple birthday party can IMO be a neutral place.

Stop whining. It’s freedom for all citizens from being discriminated against by bigoted service providers .

It's influenced by your desire for Christians to be able to be mean and unfair to people who happen to be gay.

Hardly, not wanting to bake a cake for a gay weeding or DJing a gay party is not harming anyone. And talk about unfair - forcing one man to serve another under the threat of law.

Could we not move this thread into conversational territory that has already been hashed out in a dozen threads before this one? Please?

Have any further details emerged about the actual case?
                        Don't call it a comeback. It's a riposte.

Sure they do. Especially if I am willing to pay the penalty the secular government metes out. It's a choice I get to make, and nothing any of you leftist tools can do will take that choice away.

One has freedom of association and disassociation association unless one is serving the public and come under the heading of a "public accommodations", look it up.

If you choose to discriminate against some citizens on the basis of archaic beliefs and in defiance of the laws of the land then you will quite rightly “pay the penalty”.

Liking or not liking it is irrelevant, e.g. “liking” JM Barrie’s ‘Peter Pan’ doesn't mean Tinkerbelle “is”, she too only exists if you believe in her.
