IRS notice letter.

I made a mistake on my routing for direct deposit. Got a check in the mail instead (note today's date as of this posting is April 11). The check was cut 3 days before I received it. The next day I get a letter from the IRS, saying I should receive a check in the mail in 3 to 4 weeks. The letter notice date is April 20, 2015.
