Sylas: My apologies, I misunderstood you. In answer to your question, I consider "self identification' at best a poor methodology and at worst an enablement for delusion. I am not comfortable with any male in the women's room - and would not have been as an atheist, either. That innuendo is offensive- why should any woman have to justify her discomfort with males in the restroom? (Would you want some woman oogling you in a restroom? Is it really rocket science to figure out?) The tiny number of difficult cases do not justify the risk. Under that logic we should wait until the planet actually overheats rather than enact measures to combat global warming* (or whatever we are calling it now). The hazard is self evident which is why when there is an incident the suit will be a slamdunk in court.

Taoist: He should use the stalls in the men's room, thereby avoiding both exposure and risk. Also, enabling is not a kindness.

*I recall you being in favor of such measures, hence the example.
