I don't think that matters. As long as you have one US citizen for a parent, you are a natural born US Citizen when you are born. If they were born off base, like I was, it wouldn't matter. My mom was German, so I had dual citizenship till I was 18. But I am still a naturally born US citizen.

I don't know. I don't even know if the U.S. has bases in Scotland anymore. I thought they would all have been moved further east.

We had a nuke sub base on the northern coast of Scotland -- I'll double check.

          Candidates

The Unity2020 leading ticket is Tulsi Gabbard and Dan Crenshaw.

Unity2020 is a plan to draft a pair of courageous and capable patriots to form a co-Presidency, with one member from the left and one member from the right. Our plan requires that our candidates agree to govern as a team, with the titles of President and Vice President determined by a coin flip.
It would seem to be a major problem with this is that it would make assassination of the president far more palatable. If you're a liberal who hates Trump so much you'd be willing to try to kill him (or a conservative who hated Obama so much they'd be willing to try to kill him), an actual assassination would accomplish little as you'd just end up with someone who would, for the most part, implement the same general policies. But imagine if the next-in-line for Obama was Mitch McConnell or the next-in-line for Trump was Elizabeth Warren. Suddenly there's actually be real incentive to knock off the president and get someone with dramatically different policies in their place.

Maybe I'm just being overly paranoid, but I find this fact worrisome.

The argument regarding McCain was over whether or not he was born in or out of the PCZ

I'm always still in trouble again
