Oh, such a blind loyalist you are, MM. At least I hope it's blind. The House doesn't need to build a case for obstruction of justice, Trump is building that case all by himself and has been doing so throughout the entire investigation of his administration.

Apples and oranges, lilpix, apples and oranges. And I'm sure you know it too. Besides, your defense of Trump can't always be that someone else did such and such therefore Trump can do it regardless of its illegality. You're just confirming his guilt, and your knowledge of it.

        I forgot, it’s (d)ifferent. My mistake.

Obama's violations were amongst the most egregious ever documented and forced him to pay one of the largest fines ever levied against any campaign -- $375,000. And, of course to absolutely nobody's surprise nearly all of the MSM studiously ignored it, and if not, typically burying it deep in a passing mention in an unrelated story.

I'm always still in trouble again

And since they obviously determined his punishment (impeachment) for any and every thing they can think up, pretty much within moments of his being elected, they pretty much are in the territory of Carroll's Queen of Hearts when she declares in Alice in Wonderland "Sentence first! Verdict afterwards."

The Obama campaign violations were a civil matter, not a criminal matter like Trumps personal actions were. Big difference. Your hyperbole is laughable. Besides that, the Obama campaign was fined in acccordance with the law, which is the point, and so too should Trump be held to account in accordance with his criminal violation. Correct?

It appears that, in the swing states, impeachment isn't what's on their minds.

Fifty-three percent of voters in six battleground states oppose impeaching President Donald Trump and removing him from office, according to a New York Times/Siena College poll.

Forty-three percent in the swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Florida, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Arizona support impeachment and removal.

The survey results for those key states were released Monday. Here is how they break down:

92% of Republicans oppose impeachment and removal, compared to 5% who support it.
14% of Democrats oppose impeachment and removal, while 84% support it.
55% of independents are against impeachment and removal, compared to 39% who back it.
50% of all those surveyed support the impeachment inquiry of Trump, while 45% oppose it.

The poll, conducted Oct. 13-20, surveyed 1,934 registered voters in the battleground states. The margin of error is plus or minus 2.8%.

I've read a number of stories where Democrat candidates are dismayed that nobody at town hall meetings wants to talk about impeachment, because that's the only thing Democrats have to run on.

Trump is packing the lower courts with reactionary judges. Because they are appointed for life, the only way to get rid of them is to kill them. That’s just the rules but it seems a little extreme.

Actually, he's replacing activist judges with ones who will be faithful to the constitution.

That's a rather moronic thing to say, and shows how sick you really are. In truth, any federal judge can retire whenever they want.

I do believe that Moscow Mitch and the corrupt, anti-democratic republican Senate, had something to do with that.
