But anyway, the Articles of Impeachment have been publicly released, and neither "quid pro quo" nor "bribery" are ever referenced, but the legally ambiguous term "scheme" is used multiple times.
They don't need to use the term when they define the action itself.

This is just for show. They know it can't pass the Senate without any evidence.
For one thing the evidence is not hearsay, and for another the transcript, the redacted transcript, doesn't refute the complaint, it substantiates it.

If one co-equal branch (the Executive) appeals to another co-equal branch (The Judiciary) as to whether or not to comply with another branch (the Legislative - and a very partisan sector, at that, and only HALF of the two houses of Congress) it's absolutely nutty to call it "obstruction of Congress".
Obstructing Congress obliterates the Contitutional authority of congressional responsibility to oversee the criminal activity of a possible Autocrat. Should Trump get away with this obstruction then you can kiss congressional oversight goodby, and as Trump believes he can, any president will be free to do whatever he wants.

No Tea, the whole purpose is to comply with their oath to protect and defend the Constitution and democracy from an obvious lawless wannabe dictator which is what we will have if he is not either convicted or voted out of office in 2020.

The actual crime is the very thing that the Founders had in mind, were concerned about, when they wrote it into the Constitution. Foreign interference in our elections and obstruction of Congress.

Had to - they couldn't prove any of the elements.

Show me where it says that in the Constitution.

You do remember that 'checks and balances' bit, right? Obstruction of congress is part of the executive and judicial job descriptions.

It is not the job of the executive to obstruct a congressional investigation into the executive, Tea.

The Dems could manage that by resigning their corrupt backsides.
