  • Child custody rights for rapists: Most states still allow for it

Yes, in the majority of states, rapists who impregnate their victims can still sue for custody. The issue has gotten some attention in Ohio after the Ariel Castro incident, where one of the victims got pregnant, but a bill closing this loophole apparently stalled in the legislature. This is being pushed by leftists but pro-lifers absolutely should join forces with them. Some men use these sorts of legal threats as a weapon against women and taking away this right from the rapist is not only obviously morally right in my view but may also take away a potential reason some women may seek abortions in these cases.

"I am not angered that the Moral Majority boys campaign against abortion. I am angry when the same men who say, "Save OUR children" bellow "Build more and bigger bombers." That's right! Blast the children in other nations into eternity, or limbless misery as they lay crippled from "OUR" bombers! This does not jell." - Leonard Ravenhill

Now if only they would take away the rights of abusive spouses with it.

Let 'em sue for custody - conditional on admission of guilt and a mandatory, no parole/time off/early release allowed 18 year prison sentence.
