Deborah Ramirez who was a classmate of kavanaughs at Yale. FBI spoke to her about assault allegations but they were apparently not allowed to question any of the 20 corraborating witnesses that Ramirez's atty. provided to them.
Besides that, the better reason for not confirming Kavanaugh was his behavior at the hearing itself. He's looking to be confirmed as a SC justice and yet he continuously lied under oath to Congress, he was contemptable, showed a partisan perspective, threatened revenge, "what goes around comes around" and in general just showed that he lacked the temperment to be confirmed to a lifetime position on the highest court in the land.

Where did I say she was lying? There is a a good chance she is a nut, or mistaken. and a good chance she is taking something minor that happened to her long ago and using it as a way to attack Kavanaugh because it is a convenient way to stop his confirmation. Automatically believing her without any corroboration is just wrong.

In this case I can't. And neither can you or anyone else in this venue. So there is nothing of substance to allow for the sorts of statements being made about her. Absolute statements denigrating her character and person when it is simply impossible to know.

I am curious how you can extend a pass to Trump's many obvious and provable moral lapses and yet you must denigrate this lady that may well have been assaulted in her youth? And how can you fault someone like me for believing Trump is lying about certain things and rail on and on about my 'lack of proof' yet you demand the right to speak ill of Ford ad nauseum with far less evidence to support your position?

Do none of you understand you could be wrong about her? Does it not bother you that if you are wrong you have heaped condemnation on yourselves a hundred times over?
