If you want to know what Jesus thinks about you then read the scriptures and take note what He says about unbelievers like yourself.
    Any verses in mind?

They're legendary - and Jesus even condemned some of them himself, like accusing the Jewish leaders of washing the outside of the cup but not the inside (Matthew 23).
The Jewish leaders were always coming up with rules and regs regarding the Sabbath, for example, beyond what the Torah taught.

We all do typos, but sometimes they're not as apparent as others, and often lead to interesting statements.

Huh? Exactly what laws are you thinking of that were so legendary?

          You mentioned none.

That was my favorite - the Shabbat Elevators -- while the hotel lobby was crowded, we had to wait for the elevator to go floor by floor, opening and closing at each floor automatically, so Observant Jews didn't have to press buttons.

And we had coffee available every morning in the lobby except Shabbat, where there would be boiling water and instant coffee, and we could make our own.
              But who boiled the water?

Probably put the pot of water on a burner with a timer so they didn't have to turn it on.

I am sure the pharisees had similar nonsense back in Jesus' day, like being upset with saving a donkey because of the sabbath.

Well, that was the most important bit of what Jesus did.
I get the impression that Cephas was most sad about some of the things that Paul was saying, and maybe the Gospel of Mark was his story to put things right, and written by another. I doubt that Cephas could write that well, he may have had help with Peter 2 which is certainly genuine.
2 Peter (2 Pet. 3:14-16) is where Peter affirms Paul's writings.
Just about every healing and amazing deed in G-Mark can have been a real event, but maybe Christianity built those temporal deeds in to supernatural miracles? Anyway, that's what I think.
Since I am personally acquainted with supernatural miracles occurring even today, I'm inclined to accept those as supernatural miracles as well.

I don't think so....... rather he was asking the readers to be more at peace with Paul and the content of his letters, maybe?

So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him.

He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.

........etc........ Cephas asking for peace among some very dissatisfied people.

Since I am personally acquainted with supernatural miracles occurring even today, I'm inclined to accept those as supernatural miracles as well.
I certainly have experienced most amazing situations, impossible to explain. Even so, The gospel of Mark doesn't need such explanations imo.

Your continuing insistence on Paul needing to again go over what these Christian groups already would be familiar with, and had absolutely nothing to do with what caused him to write in the first place, is simply bizarre.

When you bring up something that you and the missus did earlier in the day to family and friends do you feel compelled to tell them about how you met, your first date and the details regarding your wedding and honeymoon? Or do you stick to the topic at hand?

I'll gladly tell you of one.

My cousin's breast cancer had returned. And spread.

It had spread to her lungs and several other organs. It was in her bones. She had a large tumor on her hip.

The doctors said there was nothing they could do any more.

She and one of her brothers went around the country saying goodbye to loved ones before it was too late.

We were the last stop on the trip. She was getting pretty ill by then.

Funny thing happened when they left.

By the time they got back to Wisconsin she was cancer free. 100%.

That was nearly twenty years ago. No relapses. No recurrences. Got to see her kids grow up and at least one marry and start their own family -- she got to be a grandmother.

                          And she's still doing well.

I'm always still in trouble again

And so with that you make the unevidenced assumption that her cure was the result of supernatural intervention. Many people are left to be cured by medical intervention but they are stilled cured, why do you suppose medical intervention didnt cure your relative? The fact that you don't understand how she overcame cancer doesn't make it a supernatural event.

The Resurrection was sort of amazing. As rogue06 pointed out, it was hardly necessary for Paul to lard up his letters with everything Jesus had ever done. Keep in mind that Paul's letters were generally written to people he'd already spoken to at length, in response to issues the addressee was having (the other letters were to groups who'd heard of Jesus from others).
I don't think so....... rather he was asking the readers to be more at peace with Paul and the content of his letters, maybe?

The "him" in verse 14 is rather clearly referring to the Lord, not Paul.

They show Jesus fulfilling prophecies made in the Tanakh; hence, they are in no way extraneous.

Sounds like you are willing to discount a miracle based on there being similar miracles. Not very well thought out.
