Not just the by the jury, but by the judge in the defamation lawsuit as well. The Let's war are words extended to rape prior to the case as the APA changed the definition and the way only how the FBI summarized crime reports changed as well, both cited by the judge. Also, the judge allowed testimony from 1978 & 1979 in case about an alleged assaults' in 1995 happening in 2023 under an ex post fact law. The idea that their isn't bias against Trump is ludicrous.

What Trump and the judge said is not being contested among reporters in the courtroom.

So are you saying that there is no bias in the judiciary? Or only that there is no bias against prominent people on the right?

The bottom line is Trump. his family are guilty of the crimes they are tried for and it is well documented, Court clowns and antics aside.

Based on your posts you believe all the conspiracies concerning our judicial system and the elections. I responded in detail and you continue to Duck, Bob and Weasel.

The general usage of the term is penile penetration. I'm not surprised you're willing to water down the term "rape".

And it wasn't rape, it was sexual abuse iirc as the lawsuit was amended so she had a lower burden of proof.

It's strange as the Left was once a bulwark against the abuse of the courts and now do it themselves.

The issue of your post concerns the Judicial system, and NOT the Democratic Party. Your attempts to dodge fail.
