It's literally stuff suggested by left-wing people who want to dismantle the USA and Capitalism in particular. D.G. Kelly and Ibram X. Kendi are some prominent examples who speak of things like "abolishing whiteness" and ending the "Babylonian captivity bourgeois society". Others who share similar views define "whiteness" as various things like punctuality, science, a strong work ethic, objectivity, Christian values, and many more things. All of these and more they want to abolish.

Changing the elements that result in systemic racism in this country does not even remotely imply dismantling our republic. Where that is coming from I do not know, but I would not be surprised if its source was fear mongering by someone with at least one foot in a white supremacist mentaility. We got rid of slavery. We got rid of seperate but equal. The republic is still here. We can make the adjustments necessary to fix where the system enforces racisms as well.
The source is left-wing socialists, communists, and CRT proponents. We were able to get rid of slavery by fighting a civil war that nearly destroyed our country, we were able to get rid of "separate but equal" but only because people could see a problem that was specific and localized. However, the new argument is that the problem is widespread, foundational, and systemic. Such a pervasive problem isn't something you can get rid of by taking out one part at a time.

You may as well be arguing a train going more than 60 miles per hour would suck all the air out and kill the passengers.

You didn't read the part about definitions at all, did you? Systemic and foundational have meanings. You can't just change what they mean to advance your political agenda, at least not honestly. Your analogy is terrible btw. My argument is that we can't keep a train running while we remove the tracks out from beneath it at the same time.

There are small fringe groups on the right and the left that want to dismantle the government C123. It's when they go mainstream like they did Jan 6 that I worry about them.

But I also know that people entrenched in this sort of mentality can't be persuaded or convinced otherwise, at least not by words on a page.

So for now I'm just going to leave it at "This is right wing crazy struff C".

These aren't facts D. They are just fears and whispers from right wing sources about things said by left leaning sources, and that imagine a vast conspiracy when there isn't one.

So declares the left wing crazy who claims that black people killing black people is systemic racism by white people. Seems like you have a systemic need to blame white people for anything and everything, including things they are not even involved in. Yet can't seem to hold black people accountable for their own actions

If the lawyer's presentation is reasonably accurate, it will have to take a twist with something so totally unforeseen for his actions to be justified.

These aren't people on the fringe but on the mainstream left. That you think they are "fringe" just shows how out of touch you are with what is actually going on.

So now mainstream leftists are "right-wing" crazies, huh? Uh, sure, that totally makes sense.

He seems to think that the left doesn't have anything that they do wrong that is just on the fringe but tries to paint the January 6th rioters as mainstream for the right. His blatant partisanship is palpable.

Fair enough. I do think that things found out could certainly play a role in what the officer should be charged with, whether it's attempted murder or something lighter, but whatever the case, he shouldn't be allowed near a badge again.

If a problem in a system can be solved by altering or removing individual components, then the problem is not systemic by definition.
