And I'm sure you could pass whatever tests and afforded whatever price differential rigorous permitting and sales licensure would have created that would have kept the loon that killed the 9 kids at this nashville school from getting the fire-power he had. And even if the AR-15 or assault style rifles you used where made illegal, It is very likely a decent semi-auto or pump action rifle or shotgun not labled 'assault style weapon' would have accomplished the same thing. YOUR freedom and safety would not have been compromised had the common-sense legislation the NRA and others keep fighting been in place. But these little 9 years olds (and SO MANY others) would likely still be alive.

Being transgender is not, in itself, a mental illness according to DSM-5. To meet the criteria for gender dysphoria in DSM-5 the individual must be suffering from significant distress or impairment of social functioning. The average transgender person who is happy with their transition does not qualify as having a mental disorder according to DSM-5.

In other words, as far as I can tell, pretty much 100% of what very little transgender regret exists is caused by conservatives being negative towards transgender people.

They count any encounter where 4 or more people are injured or killed and a gun was involved as a "mass shooting" - which includes gang shootings (gangs shooting the public or each other), which occur several times a week in places like Chicago, which has some of the strictest gun control laws in the country. And most gangs are blacks and hispanics, who are traditionally democrats, so it could be argued that liberals are the largest group of mass shooters in the country.

It's them democrats! That's what it is! And Blacks and Hispanics! All Liberals!

How would that prevent things like school shootings? This woman passed background checks to legally buy her guns. She most likely would have had a Tennesee concealed handgun license also. If you have no record you can easily get a handgun license in any state and pass any background checks, because you have no record. That doesn't mean that you aren't nuts or won't become a criminal in the future.

I think that schools need to turn attention to more security, and how to finance such expensive projects.

I note also this person transitioned at the young and impressionable age of... 47. Apparently they think their doctors were too quick believe a middle aged adult with significant life experience was intelligent enough to make their own life decisions with regards to medical procedures, and feel the doctors should have spent much more time asking "are you sure, are you really really really sure?" for several years the way they would a child. Since this moron feels they were "rushed into it" by the doctors failing to veto their choice of their own medical treatment at the age of 47, they apparently wrongly assume that doctors treat kids the same way as adults and that it's as easy for a kid to get gender affirming surgery as it is an adult. Because this moron feels their own transition at age 47 was "too fast" they're out there telling the kids to slow right down, as if their own experience has any relevance at all to kids. And they make really really clear that they're saying all of this as a result of their newfound Christian beliefs.

The only question I have is did they catch religion and then get this moronic, or were they this moronic first and then catch religion?
