We need to genetically engineer meat bugs. You know, it's like capitalism...provide a good substitute and if I, the consumer am satisfied, then I wouldn't mind making the transition.
Where do you think are we going genetically?
We are talking about the implications and what the world would look like in this futuristic scenario. I would imagine that before eating bugs become the norm, then we will have made advancements in food science.
