More Americans identify as Republicans than Democrat

It is presumed that blue states will decline economically as businesses also leave. The problem is the whole process is rather slow, which gives Leftoid apologists time to find alternative explanations for the failures.

But I believe we need to start looking at the divide as being urban versus non-urban, instead of state versus state. I'm guessing that non-urban New Yorkers are not sympathetic with Democrat progressives.

The state will also decline as the Democrats find more things to spend money on.

Yes, we need to start looking at the urban versus non-urban divide both in NY and nationally. Certainly, the non-urban portions of NY aren't very sympathetic. I wish the Republican party would figure out how to be more effective in urban settings. As far as I can tell, they've given up even trying.
