          No. I am saying both are held to the same legal standard. It depends on the service being requested, the service offered, and the intent to require attendance at the event. I'll try to break it down for you based on my knowledge of SCOTUS decisions:

          1) Standard offerings of the business must be equally offered.
          2) Custom artistic products can be unequally offered, like custom cakes, specialized stationery/fliers, etc.
          3) If attendance is part of the product offering, a business can decline the service if it is offensive to the business owner.

          So, stick your scenarios in those 3 basic situations, and you have your answer.
