I'm not changing my argument, I'm saying that creed doesn't matter because Colorado's position (among other things) is that they aren't compelling speech. Yes, that's the crux of the issue for this case, but they base that conclusion on the outcomes of previous cases involving religion vs orientation, the existence of the religious exemption, and the nature of weddings creating distance from an association with the web site creator's views.Those points are where the actual argument lies, and you can't really make the same points about Nazism.

My personal position, as I was arguing previously, is that in a wider scope individual religious beliefs (outside of simply being a religious adherent, the difference between "I am a Christian" and "acting on homosexuality is morally wrong") should never take precedence over equality for other protected classes. Belief in a religion, rather than compelling believers to hold certain moral values, involves the believer shaping their religion to suite their own individual moral values. The idea of moral tenets being deeply held religious beliefs and therefore worthy of legal protection is a sham.

Plus, and I didn't want to bring this up originally because for all I know you could be eager to start a tangent, "creed" is usually reserved to religious practices and it's not generally established to be as broad a class as it seems to be by definition. Are you aware of any case law that establishes Nazism or a similar belief as a protected creed?
