Baha'i Laws and adminiatration now and in the future apply to Baha'is ONLY.

In a Bahai country with local government (Local Houses of Justice) and National Government (National House of Justice) advised and directed by the World Government body (Universal House of Justice) all persons living in that country would be subject to its Civil and Criminal Laws. Bahai doesn't take part in party politics but it would become a theocracy in lands where a majority had installed Bahai.

Reference please that Bah'i Laws and administration applies to non-Bahais, References have been provided for Baha'i Laws and administrative for Baha;s, but absolutely nothing concerning non-Baha'is.
