Using the scenario I presented re two neighbours briefly commenting on the weather, you appear to consider any brief verbal interaction to constitute a "discussion".

What word would you employ to describe the following [again hypothetical] situation?

You purchase an item in the winter sale at a large store
The retail employee/check-out operator comments on your bargain
You laughingly acknowledge your good fortune.
    You complete the transaction
Your purchase is given to you
You both exchange the usual pleasantries.
    You leave the store.
Yes, a brief discussion over commerce.

Thank you for clarifying that you consider any verbal exchange however brief, mundane, or banal, to be a discussion.

Thank you for finally conceding OBP was correct.

You suffer [as does Civil Discourse] from poor comprehension skills.

No, my reading comprehension skills are fine. You are the one insisting on playing Humpty Dumpty.

Which is the response one would expect to receive from a ten year old who is showing his support for his friend in the play-ground.

Or, from someone telling a wrong person that they are wrong.

Yes, it's just as true then as it is now.

But that has nothing to do with what I wrote which is according to the liberals in America, conservatives are far right. Period. They will make room for the theoretical possibility that some might not be, or list some "friend" they "know" as a rare exception, but for the most part for them conservative is just a synonym for "far right."

                            Semi-fascist is the approved term.
