Uvalde was a completely different scenario, a completely different makeup of law enforcement agencies, a completely different chain of command, etc. There is simply no parallel to this incident. It may very well be the case that this was a bad shoot, but we simply don't have all the details at the moment, and I'm not willing to share in your irrational rush to judgement.
