Obviously this hasn't set well with republicans, and she just lost the primary election to select the republican candidate for the house seat she currently occupies, meaning that she's going to lose her seat in congress.
Yeah, I know that much. I just didn’t know until a bunch of posts in which Lizzie was being referenced. At first glance I suspected Lizzie Pocahontas.

Liz Cheney is the dictionary example of RINO. Republican in Name Only.

Her TDS has been on display for years now. I wonder if she will switch parties now that she knows conservatives want nothing to do with her.

How does she think she would win the republican primary for POTUS if she couldn't even win the primary for her own state representative?

            Thanks.
Liz Cheney lost her run to become the republican candidate in the primary yesterday for her seat in the house which means she lost the seat and after November's general election we have one less rino(republican in name only).

She ran on her hatred of Trump and the promise to make sure he would not be able run again and nothing else. Her opponent won by a landslide.

President Trump is being called "The Dynasty Killer". There will be no Clintons, Bushes, McCains, or Cheneys in office next year.

I really hope she does run. It will only make the bleeding much worse.

She will probably have to run as an independent. And yeah it would be funny. And cost her a lot of money.

You have to give her credit for playing with a straight bat and sticking to principles at least when it comes to dealing with coup plotters. Trump’s legal problems are still ahead.

The GOP is a fascist party if ever I saw one.

Gotta love how everything the left doesn't like now has become "fascist". Pretty soon the GOP will propose a tax cut, and tax cuts will be Fascist.

Full adherence and fealty to the Dear Leader is required apparently.

The GOP with almost no institutional power at the moment is somehow a fascist party.

Like the term "racism," they project their own "fascism," which is why most things Dems accuse the GOP of, they're even more outwardly guilty of it themselves.

Hitler with his army of brownshirts had almost no institutional power until he did. Strong adherence to the Dear Leader, and a willingness to use violence against institutional powers that are perceived to be the opposition (FBI, Capitol storming etc) are problematic and reminiscent of fascism.

You failed to have a peaceful transfer of power - and the people you support don’t believe in fair elections - and they are coming back to finish the job, once and for all time. Once they have the levers of power they won’t need you or your silly little vote any more. How do think you’ll fare then?
