One of the amusing things on this forum is how much the people like you, with entirely broken moral compasses, think you are in a position to try to lecture moral philosophers like myself on the subject, when sitting down shutting up and learning would be the more sane approach by you. Whatever happens in November, the long-term consequences of the Roe decision could be highly consequential. For decades, the Republican Party has largely owned and exploited the language of individual liberty and freedom, even as many of its policies have favored the rich and powerful— from gunmakers to Big Pharma and Wall Street—over individual middle-class Americans. This cynical strategy has paid big dividends for the G.O.P., but Senator Murphy is right. With the overturn of Roe, and efforts to ban any transgressions against fundamentalist views, the zealots of the Supreme Court and the conservative base are presenting Democrats with an opportunity to seize the mantle as the defenders of long-established individual rights.
The freedom to make one’s own decisions about reproduction and health. The freedom to vote. The freedom to choose one’s dating and life partners. The freedom to hold elections without worrying about an authoritarian putsch. The freedom to send one’s kids to school without fear of a madman armed with an AR-15. These are all rights that the vast majority of Americans cherish, and the radicalized G.O.P. of Alito, Thomas, Trump, and Masters is threatening them. Freedom is a many-sided thing, and no political party has a monopoly on it. Democrats should stake their claim now."It ain't necessarily so
The things that you're liable
To read in the Bible
It ain't necessarily so."

Surprising result from Kansas, of all places- though I also hear it was due to a high youth turn out. My hope is all those new young voters, seeing the actual power they have, continue to vote.
All pushback against this rising authoritarianism is to be welcomed, hopefully it carried through to the midterms.

Obviously I know your anti-abortion arguments back to front as I've shown previously (opposed to you who were unable to do the same for pro-choice arguments, despite literally years of experience on here), but even so I don't see a reason to let purposefully clouding emotive language pass unmentioned.
