      Yes, I'm having a deja vu all over gain, still.

            Many years ago when British programming was popular on my local public broadcasting station (Doctor Who, All Creatures Great and Small, Are You Being Served?, Fawlty Towers, and so on). one of the gifts they offered during a fund raising drive was a book explaining British words, phrases, and idioms to help US audiences understand what the heck all these Brits were saying.

                  I remember an episode of Dick VanDyke, and he had been to London. He was explaining to his staff when he got back about all the different terms they use.

                  Then he picked up a chair, and ask, "and guess what they call this! --- a CHAIR!"

                        As Jacques observes in the second half of his well-known speech.

                        And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
                        Into the lean and slipper’d pantaloon,
                        With spectacles on nose and pouch on side;
                        His youthful hose, well sav’d, a world too wide
                        For his shrunk shank; and his big manly voice,
                        Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
                        And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
                        That ends this strange eventful history,
                        Is second childishness and mere oblivion;

                                You are arguing with someone who has declared several times that all atrocities are equal. The Holocaust was no worse than My Lai.
