A few interesting tidbits from the details of the report:
- The protesting truckers were funded by being given envelopes stuffed with $2000. There's no money trail regarding where this cash was coming from.
- A Canadian millionaire was paying for hotel rooms for the leaders during the protests.
- The first idea for it was floated on TikTok by a Canadian trucker
- The convoy leaders didn't understand the basic fact that it was the US, not Canada, that was requiring the vaccinations for border crossings

As far as the voluminous report submitted by Rouleau, to absorb that entire thing would be the perfect cure for insomnia. It was sufficient to read the non-neutral language contained in the executive summary: "At the centre of these protests was the Freedom Convoy, a loosely organized collection of groups who travelled across the country to Ottawa, entrenching themselves there for three weeks and demanding radical change to government policies."
