Long jail terms for these racists teachers!

DC elementary school gave 4-year-olds ‘anti-racism’ ‘fistbook’ asking them to identify racist family members

'It’s not your fault for having white privilege, but it is your fault if you choose to ignore it,' a presentation told kids in Pre-K through 3rd grade

A public elementary school in Washington, D.C., gave children as young as 4 a lesson on "anti-racism" that asked them to identify racist members of their family.

According to a Nov. 30 letter from Janney Elementary School Principal Danielle Singh, students in Pre-K through 3rd grade participated in an "Anti-Racism Fight Club" presentation by speaker Doyin Richards.

Richards’ "Anti-Racism Fight Club Fistbook for Kids" explains that "white people are a part of a society that benefits them in almost every instance," and that "it’s as if white people walk around with an invisible force field because they hold all of the power in America."

"If you are a white person, white privilege is something you were born with and it simply means that your life is not more difficult due to the color of your skin," the "Fistbook for Kids" explains. "Put differently, it’s not your fault for having white privilege, but it is your fault if you choose to ignore it."

The "Fistbook for Kids" says anti-racism "isn’t a spectator sport" but requires "being loud, uncomfortable, confrontational and visible to ensure change is made."

It isn't CRT because it isn't called CRT. Instead they call it "Anti-Racism Fight Club" (ARFC?)

I'm always still in trouble again

Interesting. Where have we seen that kind of thing before?
How long before the children are encouraged to denounce family members to the authorities, I wonder.
Will you be seeing the introduction of "reeducation centres"?

And, wouldn't we be reading about it in the New York Times or seeing it on CNN if there is anything to it?

If you aren't homeschooling your kids by now, what are you doing?

Instead of using dumb acronyms that the left keeps denying, like "CRT," why don't we just start calling it what it actually is? Racism. It's simple racism. They are being racist against white people. And hiding it by accusing white people of being the racists. It's a tactic the extreme left has always used: accuse the other side of what they are guilty of. If they accuse us of being racist, you can be sure they are the ones who are racist. If they accuse us of being intolerant, it is really they who are intolerant. They see hate behind every rock because they are the ones filled with hate.

It isn't CRT because it isn't about what can happen in a society where there are no racists.

I'm not saying it isn't bad - it seems to include the unwarranted assumption that everyone has racists in their family - only that it isn't CRT.

Perhaps you (and seer) should find out what CRT actually says, and instead of lumping anything and everything race-related that you don't like under the inappropriate scare-word 'CRT!', actually say what it is wrong with these things.

That's a Karl Rove strategy. He's not extreme left.

I know exactly what it is, and what we are seeing in the schools is merely the natural progression:

Delgado, Richard. Critical Race Theory, Third Edition. NYU Press. Kindle Edition, p. 3.

The critical race theory (CRT) movement is a collection of activists and scholars engaged in studying and transforming the relationship among race, racism, and power. The movement considers many of the same issues that conventional civil rights and ethnic studies discourses take up but places them in a broader perspective that includes economics, history, setting, group and self-interest, and emotions and the unconscious. Unlike traditional civil rights discourse, which stresses incrementalism and step-by-step progress, critical race theory questions the very foundations of the liberal order, including equality theory, legal reasoning, Enlightenment rationalism, and neutral principles of constitutional law.

Thompson, Sherwood. Encyclopedia of Diversity and Social Justice. Rowman & Littlefield Publishers. Kindle Edition, p. 65.

Critical race theory (CRT) is a scholarly and political approach to examining race that leads to a consequential analysis and profound understanding of racism. It argues, as a starting point, that the axis of American social life is fundamentally constructed in race. As a result, the economic, political, and historical relationships and arrangements that social actors have to institutions and social processes are all race based. CRT also argues that, as a whole, this idea has been purposefully ignored, subdued, and marginalized in both the dominant and public discourse and that there are serious repercussions that arise from this structural blindness (Mills, 1997, p. 153)…. One of the important tenets of CRT is the assertion that race is socially constructed, yet it denotes explicitly and implicitly how power is used and appropriated in society.

Correction. Every WHITE family has at least one racist. In fact, they imply that all whites are racist ("it’s not your fault for having white privilege, but it is your fault if you choose to ignore it."), but they can do something about it by acting as a spy who's job it is to "identify racist members of their family."

Then it sounds like the liberals are using Rove as a playbook because they have taken that tactic to a whole new level.

I will raise my hand and say "I am the racist in my family - depending on how it is defined." Everyone has a different definition. It can be so mild as it's undetectable, or it can be flagrant. It can be backhanded, or simply thoughts without action. Or someone might use all sorts of racial slurs but doesn't behave like a bigot. It can be anything.

MY definition: Most people are comfortable around those they identify with, or blend in with. Demographics prove this. So by that definition, most people are racist.
