I read the link but not viewed the video.

What "Western propaganda" is being suggested here? The Western consensus I am seeing is that Ukraine may lose the east for several reasons, including the strength of Russian forces in that region.

I'm referring to the "botched invasion" narrative, among other unsupported talking points. When looked at objectively, Russia seems to be very patiently and methodically executing its war plan.

Disagree. Just because Russia is doing better in the east doesn't mean this is how they planned it all along. There is no logical reason for Russian troops to camp out in Kyiv suburbs for nearly two months. There is no reason for Lavrov to call it a "tragedy" when speaking of their troop losses, which were significant.

It was botched. They're recovering in the east, but that doesn't erase the early poor performance.

Exactly. By any measure the Russians botched the invasion. That does not mean that they will lose, but rather if they win it was at a far higher cost than they envisioned.

None for me, but I'm not a Trumpist either.

I haven't gotten the latest talking points from the OOOBOM -- Official Office Of Bad Orange Man -- so I don't know what we loyal BOMians are supposed to believe about Hungary.

I think we loyal Tuckerians are supposed to be fans of Lord Viktorius Maximus.

The low-information conservatives here are ignorant of current news items because their propaganda news sources just don't run the stories that hurt their worldview. So they don't know what you're referring to. I was thinking of starting a thread on the subject of these connections between the US conservatives and eastern European dictators.

Of course we're familiar with the story he's referring to. It was the part about Trump supporters and Christians supposedly being on board with it that baffled me.

But go ahead and start your own thread and tell us what you think about it. I could use a good laugh.
