Even Ana from TYT (who's supposed to be an investigative journalist -- ) actually admitted on their very show how wrong she was about the facts before the trial. It's really sad what's happening.

It's amazing how the conservatives had it correct from the start, and how the political left had it so incorrect and still have it wrong because of the type of media they both subscribe to. In fact, I found out more details about the event thanks to the trial that just underscores how correct the political right had it from the start.

Maybe Rittenhouse will sue the MSM once this is over like that one kid from Covington did and won after the MSM smeared him regarding that incident with the American Indian.

I really hope he does. Though I'm not entirely sure he'll be acquitted. It's still left up to the jury, and if the jury is scared or intimated... always a possibility they'll convict just out of fear.

At the very minimum his equipment should be seized and held until after the trial and any possible sentencing. Ordering him to delete it doesn't seem sufficient.

Yeah, that doesn't inspire a lot of confidence that the judge really is prepared to deal with jury intimidation.

Jury tampering is a felony in most jurisdictions and this is a pretty egregious example of it. Still, does anyone care to bet that at most a detective is sent out to tell him to be quiet?

So the prosecution totally flubs the trial and this poor jury get this hot potato thrown in their lap! I hope they have enough courage...

I would hope that the judge offers Floyd a deal, that he recant what he said publicly about this jury or he'll request charges be brought against him.

Judge dismisses curfew charge against Kyle Rittenhouse as prosecution rests their case

Rittenhouse’s lawyers pointed out how prosecutors never entered a lawful order about the curfew on August 25, 2020.

Schroeder granted the defense’s request to dismiss Rittenhouse’s charge of failing to comply with an emergency management order, which was count 7.

Six other charges remain, including first-degree intentional homicide, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, first-degree reckless homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

Earlier in the day on Tuesday, Rittenhouse’s lawyers once again asked Schroeder to dismiss count 6, possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18, but Schroeder denied the request.
