    At it again

    Apparently not long after telling his good buddy Andrew Cuomo he needs to resign because of his inappropriate behavior around women old Joe does this.

    The look on her face says it all as the demented duffer starts his grope and sniff routine



    The video of it is far worse. You can see old Joe focus in on her to the exclusion of everything else, then signal her to come and sit on his lap and starts his pawing and sniffing.

    He just can't help himself.

    That video made me shudder. The intensity with which he stared at her was unnerving. A full 10 seconds at least. He didn't even break his gaze as he opened the folder in front him. He literally had eyes only for the little girl. What a creep.
