Full vaccination only reduces the risk of being hospitalised in the event of a Covid infection by 90%. That is of course, in the people who actually do contract Covid after being fully vaccinated.

I have read studies that said immunocomppromized patients who don't get the antibodies after the first round of shots have benefited from a third booster shot. I figure it is worth trying. I might have T-cell immunity, but then again I might not. No test for that. But I did have a test for the spike antibody that the vaccine causes and I have none it can read.
the strawman was that anyone said you would have sudden genetic changes becoming apparent after the shots.

But, because he has access to the same info even on this site as we all do - people correcting such misinformation, such as Lurch and others - such misinformation is not excusable. Any member posting misinformation about vaccines and the like is wilfully doing so, having been corrected previously.
Is it? Can you prove his statement wrong? Do you have access to his internet?

Of course the actual risks are far more serious than jokes about growing a third eye or developing a sudden urge to vote Democrat. Hopefully you won't experience that firsthand.

I was going to ask if Mike Whitney took over yours. You are increasingly paranoid and prone to conspiracy theories.

                  To summarize my opinion:

Can the government mandate vaccines? according to SCOTUS, yes. Should they? No. Will they? I don't know.
Can private companies limit access to their property based on who is vaccinated? Yes. it's their property.
Will they be able to access some central database of vaccinated people with your status listed without your permission? No.
Can they demand you show proof of vaccination before entering? Yes. Can you fake that proof? Easily.

I think it works something like this:

Person who makes inaccurate forecasts = crazy.
Person who makes accurate forecasts = not crazy.

You've got the formula mixed up.

Opinionated blowhard who's constantly wrong about everything -- that would be you, so I guess that cancels out the idea you're Ox. At least Ox gets some things right.

                      Can you elaborate on this?

A city government making vaccination mandatory for its employees is an understandable government mandate. The federal government requiring all citizens and non-citizens within its borders to become vaccinated is Orwellian. I imagine the SCOTUS mandate decision was somewhere in between.

The difference, of course, is that my risk is passive while anybody who gets "the jab" is actively putting themselves at risk.

Most people who investigate covid-19 realize there is a plethora of effective treatments. The key is to go to a doctor or hospital which are able and willing to use effective treatments. But some people who are pro-conspiracy will reject the scientific evidence of the effective treatments that are available.

If anyone has to go in to the hospital for breathing problems or any problem, it is best to see if their protocols allow and support use of Ivermectin, Vitamin D, Budesonide or other such treatments.

Texas GOP official dies of stupidity, leaves family begging for handouts.

A GOP official from Texas who regularly espoused anti-vaccine and anti-mask views online has died from COVID-19, five days after posting a meme on Facebook questioning the wisdom of getting inoculated against COVID...

“He leaves behind his wife, Melissa, who is COVID positive, as well as their infant son Reid,” according to the fundraiser, which has so far raised almost $15,000 of its $30,000 goal. “Your donations are greatly appreciated and will help the family as they get through this difficult period.”...

Texas Republican Party Chairman Matt Rinaldi said in a statement, “Please join me in lifting the Apley family up in prayer. We will miss Scott deeply but find comfort knowing he is at peace in the arms of our Savior.” The announcement did not mention the fact that Apley’s death was COVID-related.

I always want to know whether the hospital uses scientifically proven treatments like Ivermectin, high-dosage Vitamin D and Budesonide. If the hospital protocols are not right, then the problem is of malpractice rather than whether someone exposed themselves to the dangers of an experimental sars-cov-2 shot. The super odd thing is how he ends up with covid-19 so quickly after exposing the problems of taking an experimental technology. There is something wrong about this situation and it is not wrong that he exposed the dangers of the covid shots.

Beyond that, I'm not sure how this addresses the problem of mass psychosis that is constantly being fed by the government officials and media. We find that masks are ineffective after 12 months and that lockdowns are ineffective through that period too. Then the experimental covid shots are ineffective so that masks are "needed again" and then booster shots are on the way. How many more of the ineffective solutions do we need?
