Really? My understanding was that Pfizer had turned out to be both the most effective and safest of the major early ones. Of course, the serious side effects are so rare, and so hard to determine whether they were vaccine-caused or not, that I do wonder whether it's even possible to have statistically significant data on the subject since all the numbers will be so close to zero.

I'll probably have a look at this topic more closely again in a few months when I'm deciding whether getting a 5th shot is worth it (and what type). Though as we learn more and more about the really serious damage the virus does to people, it seems like reducing the chances of that damage by even the tiniest fraction is worth it.

It's also, as far as I'm aware, the only vaccine that isn't putting money in Fauci's pocket. Again, I'm sure it's all a coincidence.

I doubt that Fauci has connections to most of the 40 vaccines for covid. But I could understand him having a connection to 3 of the first 4 ones due to his involvement in the industry.

And, naturally, your "understanding" is wrong. I posted a peer reviewed study earlier in this thread which shows that the mRNA vaccines are associated with such significant risk, it compelled the study author to demand that they be recalled

I think the number of China flu devotees in this thread who are in denial about what the report reveals is your answer. The "safe and effective" propaganda has been so relentless that even when the government later contradicts itself, the only thing the low information morons can remember is "It's safe and effective... You are still avoiding my question. Either they are covering up the side effects and deaths or they aren't. Not both. Especially reporting something with such a slight chance of happening. That would be something they would sweep under rug if they are hiding the side effects.

In fact, I gave a direct answer: they don't care if this "drip drip drip" of truth gets out because it will be swept away by the flood of "safe and effective" propaganda in the minds of low-information morons. And later, if/when it hits the fan, they can say, "We didn't cover it up. Look, we quietly reported it right here in this press release that we were careful not to draw any attention to." There's an easy way to settle this: Let's see if the government goes out of its way to draw attention to this study. If folks like Fauci the Fraud go on TV to warn of the dangers of the vaccines as loudly and aggressively as they beat the Safe and Effective^TM drum, then I will concede the point.

It's not that black and white.

Hypothetically speaking: The objective would be to slow down the release of that information (not just keep the data hidden as long as possible and frustrate the process, but using media as propaganda and smearing those making inquiries), not entirely stop it, as this would be humanly impossible, until enough jabs are distributed and the maximum amount of profit possible is made.

A recent peer reviewed study finds significant risk of "serious adverse events" associated with the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines:

They report a Moderna risk ratio for serious adverse events compared to placebo of (0.84 to 1.33) for 95% CI. That actually means there's a fair chance according to their data that the Moderna vaccine is less dangerous (risk ratio less than 1) than a placebo.
