As per the OP. Does criticism of Israel end up encouraging anti-semitism? Can the current increase in attacks on jews be traced back to the rhetorical attacks on Israel?

An interesting question given how we've been incessantly told simply referring to the location where the Chicom coronavirus originated from encourages anti-Asian bigotry.

I'm always still in trouble again

It shouldn't, although among some, it self-evidently does. The converse side to your question is can one criticise certain policies of the State of Israel without being accused of anti-Semitism?

However, I would contend that a broader and deeper question you might like to consider is where lie the roots of Western anti-Semitism?

No. Just as calling something the China Virus/Wuhan Flu does not encourage Sinophobism.

Yes. The repeated use of the phrase "occupied territories" made mostly by the MSM, makes Israel look like usurpers and oppressors and garners the sympathies (against Israel) and anger (towards Israel) of uninformed people worldwide.

Just curious, why didn't you capitalize "Jews"? I'm guessing it was an accident, but intentional refusal to capitalize Jews/Jewish is a frequent habit in anti-Semitic circles.
