Interesting as well, all of her homes are in rich white neighborhoods.....

But hey, anyone here who may have donated to BLM's cause the last few years, at least now you know where you're money has been going.

Marxism is, at the end of the day, nothing more than the belief that you have the right to the fruit of someone else's labor. It just so happens that those in power are more able to acquire that fruit. Of course they keep the "little people" on the hook by promising equal outcomes while delivering inequality.

Inequality? Bah! Marxism is all about making people equal.

I've seen or heard a few sob stories like this about Cullors' response to criticism.

She choked up as she described having to hire "security" after the negative backlash.

"I spent the last week with security and, yeah, these articles have shown the homes that I live in and that my family lives in," she said, sobbing briefly.

Meanwhile the group she co-founded led a march to the house the Washington County Attorney Pete Orput, the man responsible for former police officer Kimberly Potter being charged with second-degree manslaughter charges in the shooting of Chauvin.

So she thinks it is wrong for pictures of her various houses to be published because she felt intimidated and a need to hire security. I wonder how she would have felt if her house was besieged by protesters. How intimidated and scared would she have felt then. You know. Just what her group did to Orput and his family.

Wow, lucky for her she had a few million dollars on hand so she could afford security.

I'm curious why the reporter referred to it as "security" including the scare quotes around the word.

Thats entirely different. You are ignoring history. A bunch of people protesting outside of a black person's house reeks of lynching. You must have white sheets to make that sort of comparison.

Of course nobody was protesting at any of Cullor's houses. Just some pictures posted.

Maybe the "security" means "BLM mob".

Families of Michael Brown and Breonna Taylor Ask Black Lives Matter Where the Money Went

Black Lives Matter made an awful lot of money talking about the deaths of Michael Brown and Breonna Taylor and now their families are wondering where the money went.

This comes on the heels of a couple of intriguing stories about the finances of #BlackLivesMatter. Last month a Toledo Man that ran a Facebook page called, Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta, was charged with using $450,000 in donated money to fill his own pockets. Of course, since then, we’ve learned the co-founder of Black Lives Matter, Marxist Patrisse Khan-Cullors, has spent more than $3 million dollars on four homes since 2016.

The mother of Breonna Taylor, a black woman killed by police during a raid in March 2020, charged that the movement in her city of Louisville, Kentucky, is nothing more than a scam.

“I have never personally dealt with BLM Louisville, and personally have found them to be fraud,” Tamika Palmer wrote on Facebook. “I could walk in a room full of people who claim to be here for Breonna’s family who don’t even know who I am,” Palmer said. “I’ve watched y’all raise money on behalf of Breonna’s family who has never done a damn thing for us nor have we needed it … or asked so talk about fraud. It’s amazing how many people have lost focus … I’m gonna say this before I go. I’m so sick of some of y’all.”

…Last month, the father of Michael Brown, an 18-year-old shot and killed by police officers in Ferguson, Missouri, asked Black Lives Matter a simple question: “Where is all that money going?”

“Who are they giving [the money] to, and what are they doing with it?” Michael Brown Sr. asked. “Why hasn’t my family’s foundation received any assistance from the movement? How could you leave the families who are helping the community without any funding?”

As someone who has written a much-publicized report about how some conservative PACS rip people off, I can tell you definitively that this kind of thing is a common occurrence in politics.

Activists create a group and it catches fire. Next thing you know, the money starts rolling in. Then they start hiring staff and spending money on things that they never would have considered in the early days of the organization. Then it occurs to them that this could actually make them rich. Eventually, more money starts flowing into their pockets and less money goes to the cause. Finally, the whole thing primarily turns into a vehicle for them to get paid, and if some activism occurs along the way, great.

There are reasons why almost infinite amounts of money flow into politics, but very little ever seems to get accomplished other than consultants, politicians, and activists getting very rich. There’s an awful lot of money being skimmed off the top and put into people’s pockets and if they ever audit the books for Black Lives Matter, that’s probably exactly what you will see.
