The sentences are concurrent (served at the same time) so the maximum he'll serve is 22 years.

As Gond notes, parole from a federal sentence requires more of the sentence be served before he becomes eligible for parole.

And the Biden DOJ will do everything in their power to make sure he serves every single day. (Maybe, at least, his prison term will outlast the Biden 'team')
The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

It appears he has to serve at least 18 years with the federal sentence before parole eligibility (was 15 with the state sentence). So not much of anything the Biden DaoJ will have any control over, unless Biden waits like three presidential terms and then runs and wins re-election which would be absurdly unlikely (that would put him in his 90s and currently with his mental degradation I doubt he'll live beyond his mid-80s).

No, Biden is toast - but it would not terribly surprise me if we had another version of him.

Or that the sewer creatures that surround him and who are really running the show (the "they" that even old Joe admits tells him what to say and do) will still be around working in other Democrat Administrations and disappearing into the bureaucracy when the Republicans are in charge.

THAT! We need somebody in office who truly will "drain the swamp" and get rid of that shadow government. I'm not holding my breath.
