    So, who thinks Biden expanding the concentration camps at the border is a good idea?

    Source: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-administration-child-migrant-centers-to-fill-to-100

    The Biden administration is reportedly planning to allow child migrant shelters to fill to full capacity as the administration scrambles to handle the border crisis, dropping a previous requirement that they limit themselves to just 50% amid COVID-19 precautions.

    He has no choice - his election invited all of South and Central America to our door.
    The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

      They're allowing the shelters to expand to 100% capacity, which abandons the requirement to stay near 50% as a Covid precaution .

      The Biden Administration is also preparing to open up camps for detained minors throughout the U.S., not just near the border, with the first being at Fort Lee, located south of Richmond, Va.

        I think Trump should make a big fuss about it.

              Biden supporter: "What do you want Biden to do? He can't just let immigrants into the country willy-nilly." Because all of a sudden it's sensible immigration policy.

                Because these are, as the article says "unaccompanied migrant children". Trying to work out what to do with / how to handle lone children who turn up at the border has been a sore spot for all administrations going back decades. There's no good solution, but generally administrations have tried to handle it fairly well all things considered. To directly answer the OP question: Having enough shelter for unaccompanied minors is better than not having enough shelter for them.

                What people were upset at Trump for was separating families, where accompanied children came over the border and were taken away from the parents, put in separate facilities, then farmed out to adoption agencies, and then when the parents were kicked out of the country and asked for their kids back Trump's people shrugged and said they hadn't bothered to track where the kids had been sent so they were now permanently gone. It was that separation of families; choice to imprison the accompanied children separately from their parents and change to the pre-existing policy letting families stay together in border custody; permanent destruction of families; & child-stealing/trafficking by that administration that were the problem / horrendous crimes.

                I've gotten very sick of conservatives with TDS lying that temporarily housing unaccompanied minors, and forcible separation of families & stealing their kids, are/were the same.

                    Clearly untrue. You also asked why 'liberals' weren't commenting.

                        1) They aren't Biden's;
                        2) They aren't concentration camps;
                        3) They haven't changed.

                          2. funny, they were called that under trump. The definition of which doesn't rely on his family separation policy.

                            If they hadn't changed but were called Trump's after he inherited them from Obama, and Biden re-opened them after Trump closed them, then they can be considered Biden's now.

                            As for concentration camps, that was what a good many on the left were calling them then, so if "they haven't changed" then why aren't they concentration camps now?

                              And there is no Crisis at the border - it's only a 'challenge'.
