  • Confronting Trudeau's COVID quarantine agents in the Calgary airport

Justin Trudeau is grabbing Canadians at our remaining international airports. The added twist in this still unfolding story is that the prime minister is using private security contractors to 'legally' kidnap Canadians, after they get through customs.

Specifically, Trudeau is using the private security companies G4S, GardaWorld and Paladin Risk Solutions to grab you when you land and escort you to a Liberal Party approved holding cell at a secure government-occupied hotel complex.

This is all being overseen by Dr. Theresa Tam’s public health agents.

I went to the Calgary airport to see exactly what was going on. The first thing I noticed was Tam’s agents strutting around the airport as if they owned the place. Calling them cocky would be an understatement.

Just this week, these agents aided in the abduction of a 20-year-old Christian missionary returning from their mission overseas. There are more violations to Canadians' Charter rights flying around than there are planes in the sky.

The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

I have to say, it didn't look like there were many travelers at that airport (the emptiest airport I've ever seen). And the Canadians interviewed didn't really support the assertion made by RebelNews.

The airports are basically shut down, except for Canadians who are returning home from trips abroad, or temp foreign workers. There have been other reports of people taken from airports to undisclosed places and their families don't know where they are.

The travellers interviewed in the video are not temp workers. They may not know what is going on if they've been out of the country and just returning home.

But they weren't forced into quarantine, which is my point. They're Canadians returning home, and they said everything went fine and they weren't stopped.

I watched the video assuming the RebelNews reporter would capture some civil rights abuse, but all he did was hound those two alleged health officials. He made claims but I saw no evidence of it.

The ones that he interviewed weren't forced into quarantine. But there are reports of others who were forced into quarantine. The headlines are shown in the video.

            Here's a news article.

            https://calgary.ctvnews.ca/concern-g...ions-1.5291630

CALGARY -- New federal restrictions for returning international travellers will soon put a damper on Canadians' chequebooks.

An instituted hotel quarantine will require anyone flying into Canada to isolate for three days at their own expense of $2,000.

Public health officials say 5,000 people have isolated at designated quarantine facilities (DQF) across 11 cities, since the pandemic began.

CTV News has learned that Calgary’s facility is The Westin Calgary Airport Hotel.

At least two Albertans have been taken to the hotel, to quarantine.

That includes Red Deer’s Rebekah McDonald’s 20-year-old son Ethan.

She says her son is being held against his will.

“He is being detained because they didn’t accept his test,” she said in an emotional Facebook video posted on Saturday.

            And another.

            https://www.reddeeradvocate.com/news...lgary-airport/

Premier Jason Kenney is calling for more federal openness after a Red Deer man was whisked away after landing at the Calgary airport by officials who considered his prior COVID test inadequate.

“We understand the need for quarantine requirements, but ask that federal agencies be more transparent,” Kenney tweeted Monday evening.

The premier was reacting to complains of returning travellers being detained in isolation while their families are left in the dark about what’s happening.

This scenario unfolded for a 20-year-old Red Deer man last weekend. His mother, Rebekah McDonald, posted a tearful video on Facebook and YouTube recounting the upsetting experience at Calgary airport.

McDonald said before she could fully greet her son, Ethan — whom she hadn’t seen for two years as he had been living in Arizona — he was loaded into a van by masked strangers, who refused to disclose to the family where they were taking him, or when his parents could talk to him.

McDonald said she was told: “‘We are taking him for an undisclosed amount of time to an undisclosed place, where he will be tested and we will decide when he’s released.’

“It seemed that nobody had any answers for me and nobody would clarify anything… That was really scary, and very confrontation.”

McDonald was also told authorities didn’t need consent to take Ethan into isolation. “I’m freaked out that this is totally legal,” she added.

I understand why there might be issues with the tests that the travellers are presenting when they arrive, but why the secrecy about where they are being taken and why is the 14-day "lodging" at the traveller's expense? That is nothing more than a fine.

There are only 4 airports in the country that are now allowing these Canadians to come in, so how do they get to where they're going at the end of their enforced quarantine? Do they board another plane to take them closer to their destination where they will have to quarantine again at their own expense?

Do you not find it frightening that you can be whisked away to an undisclosed location and your family is frantic not knowing where you are and when or if you will be able to come home? What if you get sick in quarantine? Where will you get care?

It's a scary situation. And you will notice in the video, in fact in MOST instances of this, Rebel News is the only news agency there. No MSM outlets bother to report any of this. With the exception of the one article posted here by CTV. But no cameras or reporters are on the ground at the airports. Because they don't want this stuff to come to light.

OK. I just thought the first video was odd because the guy made claims but didn't show anything to support them.

I think a lot of what's going on is scary. Many governments are out of control using this pandemic as an excuse to crush civil rights around the globe.

Again, Rebel News is out there but it hasn't shown anything. If they're going to air a report they should have something to show - other than a reporter making claims.

I've been in quarantine for a week now and have another week to go. My daughter tested positive and (aside from a loss of taste/smell) she has been perfectly fine. None of the rest in my household have tested positive. It just seems to me that there has been a lot of overreaction.

There are lots of videos by Rebel News that show all kinds of stuff like this happening. Not this particular airport thing, but many things throughout the last year. But some people here don't like it when I post Rebel News vids because the agency is "right-wing", henceforth not valid. So I've refrained from posting much.

                  This is new today.

                  https://www.rebelnews.com/canadian_q...hinese_communi st_party_company?utm_campaign=ac_fedfacility_2_5_2 &utm_medium=email&utm_source=therebel

The Radisson hotel next to Toronto's Pearson International Airport was recently revealed as one of many government-run COVID quarantine facilities in Canada, with this location in particular alleged to have sealed windows, cheap meals and demands that occupants not leave their room at all, as per a Rebel News source who was recently placed at the facility.

In addition, a recently de-flagged Radisson Hotel in east Toronto was also revealed as a COVID hotel.

It appears that the Radisson chain hotels are owned by a Chinese-led consortium which is run by state-owned enterprises, under the ruling Chinese Communist Party.

Radisson Hotel Group is owned by Aplite Holdings AB. Aplite Holdings is owned by a consortium led by Jin Jiang International.

Jin Jiang International, based in Shanghai, is a Chinese state-owned enterprise that operates hotels all around the world, including Radisson Hotel Group.

In 2018, Radisson Hotel Group published a press release announcing the acquisition by their current ownership.

In May 2020, the company published another release detailing their plans to seek government subsidies or loans to supplement their declining income, due to the impact of the coronavirus on their business:

“Management has taken several measures to mitigate the financial impact, on both profit and cash flow, of the significant drop in revenue. These measures include, but are not limited to, furloughs of personnel, rent renegotiations and deferrals, application for governmental subsidies and loans,” the statement reads.

Recently, the federal government informed Canadians returning from travel that they will be made to stay in government-run quarantine facilities at their own expense until they receive a negative COVID-19 test result.
