How exactly does her being an anti-Semite make her "pro-minority"?

There are nearly ten times as many blacks in the U.S. as there are Jews so it sounds like she's oppressing a minority

I'm always still in trouble again

Equal protection laws mean equal protection, not preferential protection. Putting a racist into a position is not a good fit. It's like placing a hitman as a prison guard.

Your second part is just an attack against posters and can be safely ignored.

You don't know SQUAT about this --- MANY of the "equal protections" were simply based on quotas, and were struck down. Many of them were actually ruled "reverse discrimination". And, somehow, you think that it's acceptable to put a "minority" in a position like this who is rabidly opposed to OTHER minorities -- Jews.

Lemme guess -- your "PhD" is in drama.

You forgot the sarcasm tags. Chuck has never once criticized anyone from his side of the aisle for the sort of behavior that he claims troubles him so much. Not. Once. Even when challenged to do so.

It always amazes me how arrogantly ignorant these nutters can be. My best friend and I were BOTH passed over for promotions because of these "equal protections laws were conceived in order to protect oppressed minorities" -- me in the Police Department, and he in the Fire Department. I scored third on a test for Sergeant out of 20+ applicants, and they had THREE Sergent positions to fill. HOWEVER, their "equal protections law" required them to promote a female, a black and an Hispanic. It was actually OK with me, because I had decided, by that time, to move on. (Those three Sergent positions were filled by persons who ranked 7th, 9th and 15th on the test)

My friend in the Fire Department, however, was in a union that fought for his promotion, and they actually won a reverse discrimination suit - the settlement of which included his promotion to CAPTAIN (quite a few rungs up the ladder than he had been passed over) and three years CAPTAIN's back pay, plus damages.

For a foreign drama queen to declare our lives aren't touched by something like this shows how incredibly ignorant they are.

And when you have the government actually declaring that if you're white you go to the end of the line when it comes to vaccinations, business loans, promotions and raises (if you work for the government) and so on, it really is hard to claim it won't affect you. But then again, star, as he has said, knows 10x more about what goes on here in the U.S. (thanks to watching The Young Turk videos and Hollyweird movies no less) than anyone here does

What happens so often is that the pendulum is sent hard swinging the other direction, and goes just as far wrong that way as it was before.

Bottom line, though, if somebody is racist enough, they can always find a way to circumvent the law. I knew a guy in our company who was a field manager, who would only hire white guys, and was stupid enough to blab about it. I had the pleasure of driving to Louisiana to relieve him of his post and escort him out of the building. Because I'm such a fun guy, I took Kenny, one of my black friends, along to help the guy clean out his office.

Think about this seriously for a moment. Is she going to introduce slavery, jim crow, and remove your right to vote? No? Then it's not going remotely as far in the other direction or just as wrong. It will be, at absolute worst, the teeniest tiniest fraction of that.

You have a fairly low standard. My standard would be apply the law equally, and not make decisions to prosecute based on skin color. Which, given a history of overt racism would give me pause with this candidate.
