I've seen pictures and videos of the NG camping out at the Capitol and lots of them aren't doing either of those things.

I guess we'll see in a couple of weeks.

Much like with the riots this summer they'll likely make a point of not asking or tracking those at the inauguration so they can then claim there is no connection.
