Yet despite checking Smartmatic's website and the Frankfurt phone directory no Frankfurt office for the company exists! Another of Guiliani's delusions perhaps? Or perhaps he was just hungry and was thinking about something to eat and made a mental connection with a hot dog.

The reference to Frankfurt is even stranger because a Frankfurt office for Smartmatic does not appear to exist. I searched both Smartmatic's available online pages and the Frankfurt business directory but found no contacts in Frankfurt.

You are welcome to do your own internet search to see if you can succeed where I could not.

So why Guiliani mentioned Frankfurt is another mystery.

However, during my online search I did find [sarcasm alert] a charming piece of “Jew-baiting” on a site called Freedom Fighter Radio where an article written on November 11 by JohnnyInfidel stated:

Lord Mark Malloch Brown, a George Soros lieutenant, whose company Smartmatic, is intimately tied to Dominion Voting Systems who flipped votes from Trump to Biden. His machine was used in all the swing states. This would explain the MICHIGAN 200,000 vote sudden dump of Biden ballots, while WISCONSIN got a 100,000 Biden vote dump late night delivery.

Perhaps JohnnyInfidel believes he really does have a giraffe in his pocket.

I know one was rejected because he asked that some determined amount of votes be discarded. I would be hesitant to to honor such a request as well. The response should be for special elections.

From what I have read the president’s court case successes alleging election fraud and various other irregularities now stands at twenty lost and two won.

The count of law suites rejected or withdrawn is now 24. No evidence of fraud nor affidavits submitted in court as evidence to support the accusations as fraud.

Pennsylvania judge throws out Trump lawsuit, clearing way for Biden win

Judge clears way for Biden win in battleground state

A Pennsylvania judge threw out a lawsuit that sought to prevent the state from certifying the election results in favor of Democrat Joe Biden, who won the state by about 80,000 votes.

U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew Brann in Williamsport, Pa., rejected a request by the Trump 2020 Campaign for an injunction that would stop the certification of the election, as the campaign seeks to overturn results is swing states across the country.

“Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters,” Brann said Saturday. “This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated.”

“One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens,” he added.

The president argued that the Constitution's guarantee of equal protection under the law was violated by the state, when counties took different measures to inform voters of technical issues that arose with the unprecedented number of mail-in ballots.

Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, along with seven counties which were sued by the Trump campaign and where Biden led, argued Trump had already raised similar claims.

“Among the grounds that could justify a denial of leave to amend are undue delay, bad faith, dilatory motive, prejudice, and futility,” the federal judge said Saturday.

“Given that: (1) Plaintiffs have already amended once as of right; (2) Plaintiffs seek to amend simply in order to effectively reinstate their initial complaint and claims; and (3) the deadline for counties in Pennsylvania to certify their election results to Secretary Boockvar is November 23, 2020, amendment would unduly delay resolution of the issues,” the ruling by Brann said.

Even if Trump had been able to successfully overturn the state’s vote tabulation and win Pennsylvania, the state’s 20 electoral votes would not have been enough to secure him re-election after Georgia confirmed Biden flipped the traditionally red state Friday.

Recounts still are being conducted in Wisconsin where Biden initially won by more than 20,000 votes.

Michigan is expected to certify election results in favor of a Biden presidency Monday, along with Pennsylvania -- at which point Trump will have officially lost any possibility of securing the required 270 Electoral College votes needed for re-election.

I've tried to find a comprehensive list of the Trump lawsuits that have been either rejected or withdrawn, but I can't find one. Two different sources have said that the Pennsylvania lawsuit was either the 29th or 30th lawsuit be be rejected or withdrawn, so I think your count of 24 is probably slightly low. The same two sources said that two of Trump's lawsuits have been successful, but I can't find any articles about them. I assume the victories were very limited and won't be affecting the election result.

Yes it is a real photo of me and the bolo tie was my father's and he gave it to me shortly before he passed.

There is one partial win where the US Supreme Court partial over through the State Supreme Court of Pennsylvania decision on a technicality date ballots could be accepted, but it was only partial, and amounted to only a few thousand votes. One court decision had a negotiated result allowing more observers in the ballot counting. I think one or two were rejected on appeal.

As a point of information The Daily Heil [as the Mail is also known] is a RW British tabloid. The paper was founded by Alfred and Harold Harmsworth. After Alfred's death in 1922 Harold would continue to run the paper.

And that's not even the full depth of your dishonesty. You posted that deliberate lie looking for excuses to pack even more lies into your posts without repercussion.

People looking for truth begin by discarding proven sources of misinformation.

Better, yet forget it. You really aren't worth the effort. Just try to fail better next time.
This is a pattern with you. You trial balloon baseless accusations to see if you get any pushback, then double down if nobody smacks you for it, and retreat like a sniveling coward when you're busted.

People with integrity, and especially those representing a website, just own the mistake, and correct it. You're a serial embarrassment to TWeb. Resign from staff.
