What about it? Biden an Giuliani both clearly have mental issues. Biden's is demonstrably FAR worse and very advanced. And deteriorating fast.

Nope. It's not a complete English sentence.

Not at issue. If you find it incoherent, the problem is with you. It's perfectly coherent and understandable.

This is a forum, not an English class. There is a difference between coherent, and anal retentive English.
Glendower: I can call spirits from the vasty deep.

I didn't see any grammatical mistakes in your sentence, so out of curiosity I ran it through an online grammar checking website. Your sentence got a clean bill of health.

I often find, in forums like this one, that people will attack the presentation of posts if they are unable to attack the content.

"The 'J' in my middle name stands for 'Jenius'" - Donald J. Trump

That is true to some extent.

But I will attack the presentation when the poster is acting like a snotty "intellectual" and commits errors. That's fun.

My reference was in the general sense. Don't be so defensive.

The discussion and reference involved me, and yes, it should not be an issue for anyone else.

Despite you claiming Giuliani did not loose a case he lost this one and all previous cases decided in the courts involving the accusation of fraud.
No he just repeatedly has trouble remembering his own name and what office he was running for, and confused his sister for his wife and, um, you know, the thing.
