Biden's problems are that he won't do anything much as President. He'll just be a boring placeholder. He'll squander what political capital the Dems have gained, through inaction, like Obama did when he first came to power on the promise of Hope and Change with his supermajorities in congress and then did almost nothing at all with them, and then proceeded to lose midterm elections because his base was so uninspired by his do-nothing approach. Biden will be the same except older so his speeches won't be as enjoyable to listen to as Obama's. He's a boring centrist do-nothing that will be a snore-fest for 4 years, lacking the charisma we had under Obama where he could sell the illusion of hope and change in rousing speeches even if he only delivered 1% change in actual policies.

So what you're saying is biden is lying about what he will do, and will actually do nothing.

Biden is saying whatever his handlers tell him to say. Everybody knows if he wins, he'll just be a placeholder until Harris invokes the 25th Amendment and declares him too mentally incompetent to be president.
