I noticed "she" got banned, but I suspect "she'll" be back, like all the others. The problem is that that person is such a pompous blowhard, it'll hard for that person to disguise that.

Are you really so dense? Let me connect the dots for you:

Jim says Bill stole cookies from the kitchen.
(Giuliani says hunter left a laptop with incriminating emails at a repair shop)

Gretchen presents surveillance video of Bill stealing the cookies.
(Multiple media reports present copies of the emails themselves)

Jim's friend Eddie says Bill confessed to him in an email that he had stolen the cookies.
(Hunter's business partner goes on record to confirm the contents of the emails)

At this point, you're getting into quite a complex conspiracy theory involving quite a few players, including an actual eyewitness, putting their credibility on the line.

So if Rudy had said that his copy of the emails came from a ghost would the emails be evidence for that?

            False. Townhall.com is entertainment journalism.

If the story is to be taken seriously, find it somewhere else.

As one of the Apollo astronauts once said, between faking the moon landing and keeping thousands of people from divulging the secret, and actually going to the moon, actually going to the moon was easier.

It's a red herring to whine about the news source in this case. As much as I don't trust CNN, if they were citing direct quotes from a transcript of an eyewitness or displaying a video of what the eyewitness said, it wouldn't matter to me that it's CNN. CNN commentary about the subject I'd have a problem with, not a direct quote or video, because that's just dumb.

Bobulinski is the nail in the coffin. For Licona and his ilk to still question the legitimacy of it all at this point is just trolling.

Or delusion. I'm honestly not sure which.

Let's assume everything that is released is 100% genuine. What laws have been broken?

And I've been very clear that the main thing I question is the story about where the laptop came from.

As far as illegality, I don't know, which is why we need an investigation so experts in the law can figure that out. Best case scenario is it's immoral. It's your typical crony political elitism -- using his political position to enrich his family -- on full display, which most folks, especially those living at median income or below (who pay Biden's salary through their taxes) find understandably repugnant. Also, to add to that, it sets Biden up to be potentially bribed or manipulated by foreign interests (that's what they argued about Trump and Russia). And that's best case.

Would you agree that a similar investigation of Trump and his children is warranted? Some of them are high up in the government even and all of them have clear conflicts of interest.

If they find similar emails on Trump Jr's laptop, an unusual jump in net worth, and a business partner who comes out and says Trump and his family are corrupt and abused his last four years in office, sure.
