Sorry, but I'm not interested in playing your silly little "gotcha" games. Surely your time would be better spent working in the kitchen. Meals don't make themselves, you know.

I quoted exactly what you wrote "Let's have a sense of perspective here: dolling up a little girl in a cute dress and makeup and having her strut across the stage is wrong to a certain degree". So, do those outfits in the photographs I posted come under your heading of "cute dresses"? Were the poses, the "dolling up" [note the phrase you employed by the way] and the make-up only "wrong to a certain degree"?

Why are you so reluctant to answer?

Your satirical remark is duly noted for what it is.

Do you think [given the age differences] those beauty pageant images are more acceptable than this?

It all ultimately comes from the same capitalist corporate background.
Please refrain from posting your softcore kiddie porn movie's pictures on the forum. I'm certain at least some people post from work (I used to at lunchtime back before work from home began) and don't need to deal with IT flagging them because they happen to open the thread and have your pictures.

Certainly some of the comments on this thread and topic could have come straight from Dana Carvey's script.

No, it's just that actual libertarians care about protecting children who are not yet capable of consenting, from Edited by a Moderator people like the director of this film. And also don't care for people posting images of softcore porn/child sex exploitation.

I've seen a few remarks about how it's just a few minutes. Come now....you don't have to live in Hollywood to know it's never just a few minutes of footage. There are definitely far more footage that were cut (not what director wanted, take went bad, whatever) so those girls were repeatedly sexualized far more than just a minute or two.

Also *hours* certainly went into finding, contracting, training, and rewarding those children for acts that the adults signed them up for.

Children can't sign contracts. That's why I oppose shows like Dance Moms by the way. Prosecute Cuties? You better prosecute those shows too. For the children's sake.
The stock dropped (https://techcrunch.com/2020/10/20/he...ting-earnings/). One of the main reasons is the drop in new subscriptions. Another is probably all the cancellations NETFLIX is announcing or doing. I don't see anything about "Cuties" but I wouldn't be surprised to see that affecting the stock soon. We'll see.

                      The math isn't legitimate.
                      .
The streaming service has watched subscription cancellations skyrocket by 800% after the French coming-of-age film triggered a boycott in early September, analyses show. Within two days of the movie’s premiere, #CancelNetflix became the top trending topic on Twitter and a petition on Change.org garnered hundreds of thousands of signatures.

The 800 percent figure obscures the number of cancellations. Buried below is the basis for the claim based against August without sufficient information to know if that figure was higher or lower than average. Neither is there balancing information about new subscribers to figure net change. This reporting is hack.
                      .
Antenna reported that Netflix lost five times as many subscribers in September’s first couple of weeks — a few days into the protest — than the company lost in all of August.

YipitData gave even grimmer numbers, putting September cancellations at 8 times of those in August and declaring the drop “a multi-year high.”

The link purporting to direct viewers to information about the lost subscribers instead links to a previous NY Post story about the indictment that that does not reference Antenna or subscriptions.

DB, this is the New York Post, currently in the news for behavior so dubious New York Post writers are distancing themselves from their own reporting.

"...two Post employees have said." In other words, it's just more "sources say" nonsense from the disreputable New York Times who has been repeatedly caught publishing false stories -- again, and again, and again...

Lots of crazy laws remain on the books.

Also, you may be doing a bit of misleading conflating.

Between 2000-2015 more than 200,000 minors got married.
So? Better to at least try to build a marriage than to just do a bunch of uncommitted fornicating. The problem is not the marrying, it's the easy participation in sexual antics.

In the late nineteenth century the US age of consent laws were outdated compared to those of Europe, with the age of ten being the age of consent in many states. In Delaware in 1889 it was reduced to the age of seven. The USA in the late nineteenth century must have been the go-to place for paedophiles and child abusers rather as some parts of the Far East, tragically are, today.

One would think that with an essentially captive audience thanks to quarantines and lockdowns Netflix should be shattering all records for new subscribers and viewership. They should be doing anything but coming up short of estimates.
