Nope. When asked why you believed that statement, all you said was that "the determination was made by law enforcement."

When asked about other "determinations by law enforcement" you said "Only in the statements made in the post that opened this thread."



What you haven't answered is what makes the one statement believable and the others not? Why do you believe the OP statement?
