Have you ever actually had a time in your Engineering classes where the professor said to you "Right class, now we're going to take a break from differential equations and load balances to discuss communism. Communism: Greatest system ever. I want you to all go write an essay on why communism is the best political system ever, and why Christianity is evil. Anyone giving a different answer will be marked wrong!"?

No. Because it hasn't happened. It doesn't happen. And delusional conservatives perpetuate the hallucination that communist professors run university education and indoctrinated everyone. It's a complete joke.

4,000 universities in the US. Hundreds of staff in each, tens of thousands of students. And with all of that, conservatives in this forum seem to come up with half a bad story of this one time something might kinda have happened, that's clearly grown in the telling. And from this idiotic rumourmongering they convince themselves and other gullible people that universities are totally out there totally indoctrinating students en masse. Yet, as anyone who has actually gone to university knows, this simply doesn't happen. Stop pretending your hallucinatory delusional stories of universities full of communists have any connection at all to reality. If you want to write fiction become an author.

        Nailed it.

That's mostly the only purpose for this forum, and it's a wonder that lubricant isn't handed out to every conservative author who joins the circle here.

We have to introduce to what is happening on earth since you seem new here.

Again you missed the discussion on critical race theory where the videos were posted. This stuff was not as prevalent in my college, but that was 40 years ago. Check out the Evergreen campus events where a science professors was booted out. We will give you time to catch up to the 21st century, okay?

We did have a minor level of crap I remember in middle school. This was the values clarification junk where you decide who gets tossed off a lifeboat. Maybe you were lucky enough to go to a Christian grade school where you had a better chance of learning decent stuff.

I seem to recall posting extensively on critical race theory in this forum recently, and debunking the crazy claims conservatives were making, so I don't think I 'missed' the discussion. It actually turns out that critical race theory is a pretty boring academic theory.

Right so you're hyperventaling about imaginary stuff you've got absolutely zero firsthand experience of, because the stuff you're talking about didn't actually occur, neither to you, nor to anyone else.

I went to university in the 21st century, unlike you from the sounds of it. For 10 years. As someone who was at a university for half of the 21st century I can state categorically to you that not a single time in any of my classes did I ever hear any lecturer, professor, or tutor express any opinion whatsoever that was even remotely controversial. I don't recall ever once hearing the word "communism" or "Marxism" in any class ever. Nor do I recall hearing even a single derogative mention of the word "Christian", not even in my Philosophy of Religion classes nor my Medieval History classes covering the crusades. Nor were LGBT issues ever mentioned, nor was I ever told abortion was a good thing, nor was I told any political party was bad or good or any political views were bad or good. Literally none of the things conservatives hallucinate about happening in this forum ever happened to me.

Maybe you were lucky enough to go to a Christian grade school where you had a better chance of learning decent stuff.
Fortunately I have never attended a Christian school. I have friends who did, and they didn't particularly enjoy the indoctrination.

Did I ever say people hear the word communism or Marxism? I am not aware of these words being used in the classes unless the class is specifically on those topics.

One day we might recognize the same set of facts. If you did not get indoctrinated into this stuff ... which is hard to believe due to the discussions you do here ... then all the better. Too bad for your friends too. I'm not sure which parochial schools they went to ... hopefully they turned out better despite their irritations.

I do think it is pretty amazing that you were at the university for the first half of the 21st century since we have only had 20 years so far. I guess you studied time travel. Can't stop loving the humor you add here.

That there's only been 20 years in the 21st century is what makes 10 years be half of it. Didn't they cover maths at your schools? Or were they too busy indoctrinating you in communism and Marxism somehow without saying either of those words?

How is that relevant to their "hallucinating a ‘communist enemy’"?

Notice how she keeps ignoring the question of WHY she added that tidbit about "homoeroticism" in the OP.
