Are you thinking solely with respect to abortion? I don't believe that in practice the court will do anything different at all on social issues. Abortion has always been a carrot the elites have taunted the Republican base with:

Abortion is merely one issue. Gun rights is another major issue I'm glad she's on the court for.

And unlike some liberal fearmongering I'm not under the illusion that Roe will suddenly get overturned now that ACB is on the court. That's not how it works. But with her on the court theres a better chance of restrictions to the ability to abort to be upheld.

Sadly I think the only way Roe gets overturned is that there is a major moral awakening in the country where human life is finally respected and a constitutional amendment gets passed.

As I have often said, nearly nobody objects to killing. Some folks simply have an irrational sensitivity around killing human fetal tissue, just because it is human. It is called speciesism. It is a very cruel philosophy and must be abandoned.

Don't be a moron. Swearing in a justice at the White House is not unprecedented. Ginsburg took her oath at the White House while Bill Clinton was president, as did Roberts during George Bush's tenure. Also Anthony Kennedy under Ronald Regan.
