Two Dallas Police Officers Shot During Protest Over Police Shootings

While many of the protestors very clearly do not want to be associated with this, and are condemning the shooting of police officers, some others were on bull horns shouting "F the Police" and Black Lives Matter....

Every indication is that the protest was largely peaceful, and purposely so.

Witnesses on the scene claim a shooter with a rifle was shooting at police, and police were returning fire with handguns.

A lot has happened, between two very public and seemingly wrongful shootings (very likely in my opinion). I've posted about one of them, but I'm considering posting about the other as well. I pray both that no more shootings like those will take place, and that the understandably angered black community won't be lead to violent assault on cops.

Possibly 3 to 6 officers "gravely wounded".... supposedly one shooter down, police negotiating with a second shooter.

Violence like that can never be excused, but considering police treatment, and two very public incidents featuring the police killing two black people who weren't at the moment carrying a weapon in their hand... its understandable why they're upset and have had enough. I just pray the cycle of violence won't escalate.

There is a cause of it, one thing feeds the other. They have reasons why they're angry CP, its not as if they just up and decided "You know cops are dumb lets shoot them."

No - this is the indiscriminate firing on cops, some of whom may have been black, female, hispanic.... no excuse whatsoever. Two snipers shot 10 police officers, 3 officers dead, 2 in surgery....
