Natural Science 301 Guidelines

This is an open forum area for all members for discussions on all issues of science and origins. This area will and does get volatile at times, but we ask that it be kept to a dull roar, and moderators will intervene to keep the peace if necessary. This means obvious trolling and flaming that becomes a problem will be dealt with, and you might find yourself in the doghouse.

As usual, Tweb rules apply. If you haven't read them now would be a good time.

    Probably got speared.

I wonder if they are worried - like "Ooops. Where has it gone? Is it now aiming itself at us?"

I think it's hiding behind the moon. The aliens are getting ready to attack.

        Then there is this:-

        http://www.independent.co.uk/news/sc...h-9135450.html

Wot is going on. Maybe The Independent wrote something up ahead of time, and went to press ahead of time?

The reporter probably grabbed a frame from the video where they were discussing the asteroid without actually bothering to listen to the narrative. The photo is from the russian meteor (I think) that whizzed by and exploded last year.

The article does discuss both, but I had not made the connection.

Yes, that is last years "bang" over Russia but the journalist might well be confused.

            Good point.
