  • Another Good video entitled "Flat Earth Proof 3 - Land Ho!", showing many cities, mountains and buildings from great distances.

Such evidence all over the earth is difficult to dismiss. The Island of Corsica is seen from Genova, about 99 miles away, which should be hidden behind over 5,000 ft of curvature. Elba is seen 125 miles away, which should be hidden by about 8,770 ft of water.

To save the global earth model, one has to propose some amazing superior mirages of over 8,770 ft.

    This doesn't seem likely.

If you look into Galileo's argument for a moving earth, none of his arguments would stand up to the scrutiny of modern science. The Galileo incident has morphed into a Helio myth. Similarly, Copernicus's arguments are also scientifically naive.

Especially since the pope until that time had been rather protective of him. He justifiably felt betrayed. Still, Galileo wasn't charged with insulting the pope but with heresy of teaching heliocentrism as a fact.

Correct. Then Galileo changed his mind and became a Geo.

This is another myth which has developed as part of the Helio meta-narrative.

You got me. There are a lot more darkons in space than photons. That is why space is black.

Are you saying you can't see a sphere at a distance when a light shines on it? Go look at an orange. I will wait. Now look at a baseball.

Notice anything? Light reflects off of spheres just fine. No problem.

Your idiocy has been noted. Nice troll.

John here is a photo of a desert that has soil similar to what is on the moon. Notice how easy you can see it in the sunlight. derp.

The moonlight is not that intense, John. It is just that your eyes are comparing it to the black around it.

Here are two gray squares surrounded by light and by dark gray. On one it looks dark and on the other it looks bright. Both boxes are the same color gray.

If the suns rays are tipped from being vertical, to horizontal, the suns rays will be seen to change from diverse angles in the vertical, pointing to a close sun, to even more diverse and more convergent in the horizontal, converging to a horizontal horizon. The difference seen between the parallel line in the field and the sun's angled rays mean the sun's rays are at real angles, and are not parallel.

                          Uh no.

Vertical parallel lines still converge at a distance you idiot.

Go to a city and look up.
